The Quality Control (QC) Supervisor is responsible for the following tasks:
Supervising hourly departmental employees (inspectors, gage lab technicians, NDT and Met Lab personnel)Assigning work/priorities to direct reportsAssisting other supervisors in the department in managing resourcesManaging time-cards, attendance reports of direct reportsActing as a back-up for other supervisors in the department as requiredGenerating reports related to Safety, Quality and ProductivityManaging data in ERP systemConducting annual performance reviews of direct reportsManaging progressive discipline for employees in quality department with safety, quality and performance issuesConduct internal audits, address internal rejections, customer complaints & corrective actionsCoordinate customer and other 3rd party visits for Quality related activities including audits, and source inspectionsAdhere to highest standards of Safety and Quality and comply with company policies and procedures and lead by exampleOther duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Required:
