Your new role:As a Quality Supervisor, you will:Lead with Impact: Guide and inspire a team of Quality personnel, ensuring that quality processes are seamlessly integrated into our operations.Drive Performance: Monitor and manage team metrics to reward top performers and assess evaluations, ensuring the team excels.Champion Quality: Initiate and manage Non-Conformance Reports, ensuring swift action and adherence to quality protocols.Training: Develop and deliver training programs for the Quality team, keeping everyone up-to-date with the latest practices.Collaborate and Innovate: Partner with other departments to create effective training programs and tackle challenges head-on.Solve and Evolve: Analyze work issues, assist with problem-solving, and suggest improvements to enhance safety, efficiency, and quality.Audit and Assess: Conduct monthly audits of Quality and Operations areas to ensure top-notch standards are maintained.Investigate and Improve: Assist in customer complaint investigations and CAPA investigations, contributing to continuous improvement.Your Experience:College degree is preferred, or at least 2+ years of management experience in a similar role.Background in regulated manufacturing or kitting environments (ISO 13485 is ideal)Deep understanding of quality systems and their functions.Ability to communicate effectively and motivate a team.Your New Organization: Enjoy competitive compensation, health, vision, and dental insurance plans, and a 401(k) plan.
