Job Title: Quality Supervisor Job Description As a Quality Supervisor, you will play a vital role in maintaining the highest standards of sanitation and product quality within our operations. You will lead a team of sanitation and quality staff to ensure compliance with industry regulations, food safety standards, and company policies. This position is responsible for overseeing and improving sanitation and quality processes. Responsibilities + Lead and supervise a team of sanitation and quality staff. + Ensure compliance with industry regulations, food safety standards, and company policies. + Oversee and improve sanitation and quality processes. + Act as a direct liaison between general production and management regarding quality issues. + Prioritize tasks and work independently and efficiently to meet deadlines. Essential Skills + Quality assurance + GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) + Supervision + Quality control Additional Skills & Qualifications + Associates Degree in Supervisory Management, Microbiology or related field, or equivalent experience is preferred. + At least three years of progressively responsible lead or supervisory experience. + Specific knowledge of sanitation chemicals, processes, and safe handling practices. + Excellent organizational and leadership skills. + Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. + Excellent oral and written communication skills.
