Job Title: Quality SupervisorJob Description As a Quality Supervisor, you will play a vital role in maintaining the highest standards of sanitation and product quality within our operations. You will lead a team of sanitation and quality staff to ensure compliance with industry regulations, food safety standards, and company policies. This position reports to the Quality Manager and is responsible for overseeing and improving sanitation and quality processes. Responsibilities + Lead a team of sanitation and quality staff to ensure compliance with industry regulations, food safety standards, and company policies. + Oversee and improve sanitation and quality processes. + Act as a direct liaison between general production and management regarding quality issues. + Prioritize tasks and work independently and efficiently to meet deadlines. Essential Skills + Quality assurance + GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) + Supervision + Quality control + Sanitation chemicals, processes, and safe handling practices + High level of confidentiality + Organizational and leadership skills + Problem-solving and analytical skills + Oral and written communication skills + ERP computer system + Microsoft Office products Additional Skills & Qualifications + Associates Degree in Supervisory Management, Food Science, Microbiology, or related field, or equivalent experience is preferred. + At least three years of progressively responsible lead or supervisory experience. + Sanitation and quality experience preferred. Work Environment Weekend AM Quality Supervisor: 6a-6p Friday, Saturday, Sunday. Nights Quality/Sanitation Supervisor: 10p-6a Monday-Friday. Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment.
