**Job Title: Quality Supervisor** **Job Description** + We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Quality Supervisor to join our team + This role is essential in ensuring that our metal stampings meet the highest standards of quality and reliability + The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in a Tier 1 automotive facility and a strong experience in stamping operations **Responsibilities** + Supervise Quality Leader and Quality Technicians to ensure parts are free of defects (12+ Technicians) + Oversee quality techs and auditors + Create schedules for all shifts and authorize overtime hours, ensuring continuity between shifts + Handle scheduling for shifts, attendance, discipline, hiring, and firing + Assist in the development of corrective actions, training, and coaching + Back up various department positions as needed + Implement continuous improvement initiatives + Blueprint reading skills + Proficiency with micrometers, calipers, and gages + Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office) + Experience with GD&T, quality checks, final inspection, auditing, and gauge supervision **Shifts** Openings on multiple shifts **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $31.00 - $36.00 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
