PCX was one of the early concept originators of offsite prefabricated electrical solutions. The primary strength of the company has always been the ability to engineer, integrate and fabricate complex electrical and mechanical systems into large custom enclosures or skid-based systems. The Quality Supervisor at PCX will report directly to the Quality Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing leadership, support, and direction for the Quality Department of the Knightdale Facility. A Day In The Life + Maintain a safe environment for staff. + Train and develop staff for core competencies and relevant customer specific requirements. + Manage time and attendance through ADP platform + Aid in the maintenance of the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System for PCX + Maintain and ensure organizational processes and procedures are accurate and being adhered to. + Build and facilitate document creation and revision. + Create Inspection strategies that adhere to Company and Customer Expectations + Facilitate issues and open actions through the electronic inspection software. + Conduct both internal and external supplier audits when required. + Support CAPA function for the organization to closure. + Coordinate Quality Control inspections for accuracy and timeliness + Conduct analysis on process performance as well as personnel. + Conduct project FMEAs and interface with Engineering for future and current designs. What will help you thrive in this role? + 5+ years of Quality Management experience in an ISO 9001 certified environment + 5+ years of experience working in a manufacturing Quality environment. + Bachelor’s Degree + Good understanding of electrical power and electrical distribution systems + Ability to interpret electrical and mechanical blueprints and specifications. + Must be conversant and experienced with U.L., ETL and the ability to interpret the NEC + Good understanding of OSHA requirements including hazardous materials + Good organizational skills + Strong technical writing and interpersonal communication skills + Experience with MS Office Software (Word, Excel, Project, etc.) + Experience with BIM360 preferred, not required.
