Quality Supervisor
**Job Summary:** We are seeking a dedicated and experienced QC Lab Supervisor to support our Quality Control (QC) laboratory. This role involves overseeing incoming inspections, lot release testing, and final QC inspection and packaging operations within a clean room environment. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in QC labs and clean rooms, and will be responsible for supervising a team of 15-20 QC Technicians. **Key Responsibilities:** + Oversee and manage incoming inspections and lot release testing. + Support final QC inspection and packaging operations within the clean room. + Supervise and mentor a team of 15-20 QC Technicians, ensuring adherence to quality standards and protocols. + Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks. + Maintain accurate records and documentation of all QC activities. + Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety requirements. **Qualifications:** + Proven experience in a QC lab and clean room environment. + Strong leadership and supervisory skills. + Excellent organizational and communication abilities. + Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards. + Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. **Preferred Qualifications:** + Bachelor's degree in a related field. + Previous experience in a supervisory role within a QC lab. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $950000.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
