**Job Posting: Quality Supervisor** **Duration: 6+ months contract** **Location: Sterling Heights MI 48312** The Quality Supervisor is an integral part of a company whose focus is to change the automotive landscape. The Supervisor will be responsible for supervising a group of UAW represented employees. *Candidates must be able to work any shift* MUST HAVE A VALID DRIVERS LICENSE • Bachelor degree required. • Two (2) years of experience as a Quality Supervisor required. • Demonstrated planning/problem solving skills • Ability to work a flexible shift schedule • Experience and working knowledge of computer systems and software with strong knowledge of MS Office or Google Office • Ability to analyze, synthesize and translate data into visual charts/graphs etc. **Preferred Requirements:** • Manufacturing / Assembly Plant experience • Lead Auditor Certifications and Practical experience • Supervisory experience of hourly personnel • Basic Knowledge of Statistics • Previous Leadership experience is a plus • Engineering degree or equivalent **Manufacturing General Physical Requirements** * Work different shifts and/or work weekends, including overtime. * Work in hot and/or cold environments * Work around heavy equipment or manufacturing machinery * Wear safety equipment such as safety glasses, sleeves, earplugs and steel-toed shoes * Stand or walk for long periods of time each day * Frequently bend, stoop, reach and lift up to 40 pounds * Work in tight or closed in spaces * Regularly climb ladder/man lift/stairs/crawl under vehicles if necessary.
