Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Quality Supervisor with a strong understanding of various precision measurement tools and equipment. This role is essential in ensuring the highest quality standards in our production processes.
ResponsibilitiesSupervise and oversee quality assurance processes.Conduct inspections using digital and analog micrometers, dial and digital calipers, height gauges, Tesa height electronic gauges, digital bore gauges, internal groove gauges, depth micrometers, optical comparator, Rockwell hardness tester, dial indicators, thread gauges, thread micrometers, profilometer, spring tester, and duro meter.Ensure accurate measurements and quality control using CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine) when necessary.Perform audits and maintain inspection records.Provide guidance and training to team members on quality assurance practices.Essential SkillsProficiency in using calipers, micrometers, and various gauges.Experience in quality assurance and inspection.Ability to supervise and lead a team.Knowledge of CMM programming is a plus.Strong auditing skills.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in a machine shop environment.Excellent attention to detail.Strong problem-solving skills.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $32.00
