As a Quality Supply Chain Engineer, you have the opportunity to work directly with all Business and Regions within the Medical Systems sector in Philips organization to protect our customer and patients from suspect non-conformance and ensure our regulatory compliance standards are maintained. You will be solely responsible for ensuring all elements of the product hold process are executed effectively, working with colleagues around the world to provide a shared service to the originating Business Unit.
In this role you will be:
Managing medical product quality related Product Holds from initiation to completion on behalf of the originating Business Units or Factory ensuring deadlines and metrics are achievedPrograming compliant containment and product dispositioning in line with global product hold processesSupporting Business Partners to deliver improvement with the product hold process to improve effectiveness and efficiencyResolving roadblocks affecting the success of the product hold process, working with all parties to mitigate the impact on customers and patients in a compliant mannerWorking with Warehouse and Regional stakeholders to ensure all parties are clear on process steps and have the clear understanding of their requirementsLeading root cause investigations as required when performance drops below expected performance targetsYou're the right fit if:
You have previous relevant experience in quality, supply chain, quality and/or order management processes, working with SAP to control productYou have a desire to continuously improve processes and efficiency to achieve world class standardsYou have a drive to ensure compliance across all aspects of a process, always ensuring each aspect is executed correctly, never settling for good enoughYou have evidence of excellent communication skills and ability to develop and maintain relationships at all levels, both internally and within the service providersYou have good working knowledge of MS office applications with expert level for MS EXCEL and SAPYou have fluent level of English (verbal and written)You have the knowledge of ISO ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 (nice to have)Our benefits:
