In this role you will be responsible to lead, execute and implementation of Quality Management System at the Kerry Thailand, while being the close point of contact for Regional Quality System team, and assist site Quality Manager for managing and escalations related to the Quality System matter.

Key responsibilities
This position will be involved in deploying Quality Management System Program at manufacturing site in liaison with the internal and external parties. The role will also be responsible for implementing those standards within site in conjunction with site cross functional team. Lead overall site Quality Management System: GMP & HACCP, BRC, FSSC, PCQI, Thai FDA, Halal, ISO 17025, and all customer & 3rd party audit etc. including leading/ organizing annual/ monthly audit. Key contact person with Authorities/ Officer, Regional Quality System, and relevant regional team in regard to Quality System requirement, customer questionnaire and technical data. Engage and establish relationships with cross-functional leaders toward enhancement of Quality System into plant operations. Cascade and implement new Global/ Regional Quality System. Establish and deploy Quality System related training and execute at site manufacturing. Plan and execute Food Safety Quality Cultural program for the site collaboration with site cross-functional team. Lead and co-ordinate customer complaint handling to investigate, execute complaint report with cross functional team and Quality Manager. Lead and deploy Pest Management Program in manufacturing site and 3rd party warehouse. Prepares reports, presentations, operational documents, and other communications containing descriptive, analytical, and evaluative content related to Quality System activities subject to review and editing by higher-level staff members. Qualifications and skills
Minimum of 5 - 7 years leading experience any of these field – Quality System / Food Safety System experience in the food and/or pharmaceutical company in a supervisory capacity. Good knowledge and understanding of GFSI standard, prerequisite programs and HACCP. A Qualified Degree in Food Science/Food Technology/Food Engineering/Microbiology or related disciplines. Fluent in Thai and English (business communication level). Microsoft office program skill (SAP experience will be advantage). Minimum travelling within SEA.
