Essential Functions
QMS Establishment and Maintenance:
· Responsible for the establishment, implementation, and maintenance of the Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring full compliance with ISO9001 and IATF16949 standards.
· Regularly review and update QMS policies and procedures to reflect the latest industry standards and company requirements.
Document Control:
· Manage all aspects of document control, ensuring accuracy, currency, and accessibility of documents.
· Conduct regular reviews of system documents, incorporating standard clauses, company requirements, business risk points, and operational needs.
QMS Process Optimization:
· Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of QMS processes, implementing improvements as needed.
· Lead the Layered Process Audits (LPA) to ensure ongoing compliance and identify opportunities for process enhancements.
Audit and Certification:
· Coordinate and participate in QMS certification and recertification audits in accordance with ISO9001 and IATF16949 requirements.
· Oversee audit activities, ensuring thorough preparation and compliance with all relevant standards.
Support for Audits:
· Lead the preparation for internal and external audits, ensuring all quality management modules are audit-ready.
· Collaborate with various departments to meet audit requirements and address audit findings effectively.
