Job Description
The Quality Systems Specialist will provide administrative support to the Quality & Compliance areas. This includes managing record archival, overseeing record scanning processes, and administering electronic Quality Management Systems (eQMS). The role involves supporting document control, processing quality events, and coordinating related activities. Additionally, you will assist with eQMS user administration and support Learning & Development, as well as Training and Competency Programs, ensuring training programs are properly aligned with corresponding curricula and functional job codes.
ResponsibilitiesManage record archival and oversee record scanning processes.Administer electronic Quality Management Systems (eQMS), including user administration and access control.Support document control and quality events processing/coordination.Process requests for assistance with eQMS, including the addition of users and other user administration activities.Support Learning & Development and Training and Competency Programs.Ensure training programs are appropriately connected to corresponding curricula and learner functional job codes.Filing and scanning experienceStrong computer skillsExperience with batch record and quality management systemsExcellent multi-tasking and problem-solving skillsQualificationsExperience within a medical office is preferred but not required6+ months experience in high-volume administrative dutiesMust be willing to submit for a drug test and background check.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Outlook, Visio, PowerPoint, and ExcelPreferred sixty (60) hours from an accredited college or university or an Associate DegreePreferred one or more years of Quality Assurance or Quality Control experience in a regulated environmentWork Environment
The position is based in the record management office. Training hours are Monday to Friday from 2 PM to 10:30 PM. Regular work hours are Monday to Friday from 4 PM to 12:30 AM. The hours can be flexible, but the candidate must complete 40 hours per week. There is an option to work on weekends or work four 10-hour shifts. The shift cannot start before 3 PM
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
