Boeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking a **Quality Assurance Representative** to support F/A-18 maintenance efforts at **JRB New Orleans, LA** . The individual will work closely with the F/A-18 Global Technical Operations Leadership to support the planning, execution and delivery of Quality products and services. **Position Responsibilities:** + Develops and motivates a team of diverse skills, capability, and experience to maximize individual and team performance. + Performs inspections on aircraft for **maintenance** activities on the **F/A-18** platform + Maintains Quality directives, policies, processes, procedures and metrics to assure program, contract, customer, regulatory requirements, international standards and working agreements are deployed using established procedures + Collects and verifies data to support the identification of root cause routine problems + Performs internal audits to determine compliance with Quality Management System standards, configuration assurance, related business, regulatory and customer requirements + Documents audit results in standard formats + Works under general supervision **This position requires the ability to obtain a US Security Clearance for which the US Government requires US Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.** **This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options. JRB New Orleans, Belle Chasse, LA.** **Basic Qualifications** **(Required Skills/Experience):** + 5+ years of experience in aircraft maintenance + 5+ years Avionics experience + 3+ years of Quality Assurance Inspector experience (CDI, CDQAR, QAR) **Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):** + Technical data experience (IETMS) + DCMA INST 8210-1D experience + AS9100 Revision D experience + Experience using or applying metrics to measure performance against projects to ensure high quality delivery **Typical Education & Experience:** Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+4 years' related work experience, 10 years' related work experience, etc.).
