What will you do?• Ensures adherence to Quality Management / assurance- related processes and procedures, and oversees related operational and/or support activities, with specific operation teams assigned. Is either a QMiP or Quality Technician with a team assigned.• Leads an assigned quality team. Prioritizes and assigns tasks to team members and checks progress of agreed transactions and workflows.• Ensures that employees understand the consequences of not meeting customer and regulatory requirements.• Manages quality-related activities with internal and external parties involved.• Analyzes and improves a series of process steps for the respective organizational unit according to the quality strategy and respective local regulations considering agile, lean and digital methods. • Implements the specific quality programs within the respective organization and monitors the effectiveness of these programs. • Contributes to product safety activities.• Ensures real-time quality reporting for ad-hoc analysis, instant decision making, preventive action and continuous improvement.• Contributes to budget planning processes.• Ensures qualification and competences of the assigned team.• Acts as an escalation point of contact for quality issues.• Ensures the quality reporting.
What do you need to succeed?• Act as a certified internal auditor for ISO 9001.• Communicate effectively in English at an advanced level (written and spoken).• Ensure compliance with customer and regulatory requirements, acting as a key contact for quality escalations.• Oversee quality-related activities with both internal and external stakeholders.• Drive continuous improvement by analyzing and optimizing quality processes.• Black Belt certification is desirable.• Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality leadership.• Strong knowledge of quality tools.• Strong command of quality tools, including: • FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) • Control Plan • MSA (Measurement System Analysis) • SPC (Statistical Process Control) • 8D Problem Solving / 5 Whys / Ishikawa (Fishbone Diagram)
