Team Requesting: Talent Consultant: Field Point of Contact Name(s): Matt Tsuhlares – DentsplySironaSupport@adeccona.com Field/Site Phone Number: 770-557-3909 Assignment Owning Office: 020488 Position Selling Points: _(ex: Temp to hire, stay bonus, increase in pay after XX amount of time, Holiday Pay, Referral bonusesEtc.)_ Regardless of position/location, this is a client that converts a lot of our associates to FTE Job Description: _(Please add to the description - this is for our internal team to source and assess candidates)_ The Quality Technician is responsible for ensuring compliance of product being manufactured through product evaluation, testing and evaluation of production documentation for Device History Records (DHRs) Key Responsibilities: • Performs receiving, in-process and/or final inspection and testing activities for both distributed and manufactured products as required to ensure product quality. • Uses basic testing equipment such as calipers, microscopes, digital scales, optical comparators, etc. • Performs quality related software transactions in applicable ERP or other software applications. • Ensures all documents are completed fully and accurately and appropriately filed for tracking purposes. • Supports investigation and determination of the source of defective products, as required. • Communicates quality related problems to operations and quality supervision, and other necessary parties. • Assists in the investigation of non-conformance events, as needed. Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred, or, equivalent work experience Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: • Ability to read, write and communicate effectively in English. • Basic computer skills required, mainly for data entry. Ability to use Microsoft Office programs as applicable. • Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP). • Previous QC/QA experience in medical device or similar industry is preferred. • Familiarity with sampling plans (ANSI, AQL, etc.) is preferred. • Must be detailed oriented. • Ability to work off shifts, including weekends as needed.
