**Job Title: Quality Tech - 1st Shift** **Job Description** As a Quality Tech, you will be responsible for ensuring that products on the production lines are within proper temperature ranges, checking for errors and mistakes, and assisting in production when necessary. You must be flexible and willing to learn, with a keen attention to detail for tracking and auditing orders. The role involves lifting up to 40 lbs, documenting orders and observations, and working with line leads to ensure practices are followed. Employees must wear a hair net, lab coat, and beard guard if applicable, as well as a mask at all times. Most production line workers will work in cooler environments and will be required to stand for the entire shift. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Le Center, Minnesota. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $29.00/hr.
