Summary: Seeking a Quality Tech II to support manufacturing efforts and conduct investigations into returned devices for process improvements.

Requirements:

Associate's degree in engineering or technical field, or 1-2 years of relevant experience Proficiency in diagnostic testing and root cause failure analysis Experience with data analysis and Excel

Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with Destructive Physical Analysis (DPA) Knowledge of MES Access, IQS, and historian systems Experience with CT scanning and thickness gauge measurements

Responsibilities:

Provide technical assistance for manufacturing process improvements Conduct initial root-cause investigations on product complaints Ensure product traceability and maintain compliance with quality policies Interact with various departments to gather necessary information for investigations

Pay Details: $20.00 to $28.00 per hour
