Quality Technician (1st shift)

Summary: Seeking a Quality Technician for 1st shift with expertise in inspection and testing within a manufacturing environment.

Job Requirements:

HS diploma or GED

Minimum of 3-5 years of manufacturing experience, preferably in quality

Ability to interpret drawings, materials specifications, and test instructions

Proficient computer skills

Must be a U.S. Citizen or have U.S. Permanent Resident Status

Preferred Skills:

Associates or Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline

Six Sigma Green Belt

Knowledge of quality standards (ISO, AS, IATF)

Familiarity with various inspection tools/equipment (VMM, Verniers, Keithley Multi-Meter)

Job Responsibilities:

Select and test products for qualities such as dimensions and electrical properties

Record test data and apply statistical quality control procedures

Evaluate data and maintain in-process sheets; ensure document control

Report quality issues to supervisor/team lead and issue Quality Alerts as required

Provide First Article Inspection support and support PPAP activities

Document NCMR and CAR in QSi; complete annual forms related to Quality, Supply Chain, HR, and EHS

Support internal quality audits and continuous improvement initiatives through LEAN & HPT

Conduct internal audits according to Central QA schedule

Organize retain samples and maintain record retention files

Adhere to safety regulations and quality requirements



Pay Details: $20.00 to $23.00 per hour
