Quality Technician | $20-25 HR | 1st Shift

Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will observe and document in-process and finished products at various stages of production, identify defects or issues, and ensure quality standards are upheld. This role involves conducting audits, maintaining test equipment, and collaborating with team members to solve problems and improve production processes.

ResponsibilitiesObserve and document in-process and finished products at various stages of production to identify defects or issues.Conduct audits or inspections to identify non-conformance and report findings to supervisor.Calibrate and maintain test equipment.Address issues to ensure quality standards are upheld.Assist with training of team members on quality processes.Make recommendations for improving production process techniques to ensure high-quality outputs.Build a positive rapport with employees at all levels of the organization; communicate with team members to solve problems.Act with integrity, supporting the company’s core values while maintaining a focus on meeting/exceeding customer requirements and expectations.Perform other duties as assigned.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with electrical equipment or electrical systemsStrong attention to detailExcellent communication skillsAbility to work collaboratively with team membersProficiency in maintaining and calibrating test equipmentWhy Work Here?

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
