We are currently seeking a Quality Technician to join our Boart Longyear team in North Bay, Ontario.

Responsibilities

Process Customer Claims

Review NCR’s and assign Corrective actions.

Conduct Root Cause analysis and provide corrective actions for A3 Reports (Cost Saving)

Cost Saving Projects for scrap reduction

Conduct Internal ISO Audits

Create Standard Work Document (Inspections)

Manage Gauge Calibration System

Assist with Reverse Engineering Projects.

Claim Review

Production spot audits.

Other tasks as assigned.
