**Job Title: Quality Technician$$$$$$$$22** **Job Description** We build complex electro-mechanical assemblies for military robotics, microchips for medical applications, and custom machined components. **Responsibilities** + Receive PQR from customers and collect documentation, data, and traceability for jobs and products. + Perform data entry and repair using Excel and other software. + Take photos, document, and investigate non-conformance issues. + Read blueprints to interpret GD&T of different parts. + Utilize quality inspection instruments and tools such as calipers, micrometers, gauge blocks, height gauges, and CMM. **Essential Skills** + Print Reading / Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) + Experience with basic inspection hand tools + Experience with manufacturing processes + Computer literacy and use of Excel + Interpersonal communication skills + Experience with CMM + Knowledge of ASQ standards + Experience with PQR, PPAP, and APQP **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + ASQ certification or equivalent + GD&T Technologist certification or equivalent preferred + Knowledge of practical application of statistical methods, SPC, Control Plans, and Problem-solving methods such as 8-D and 5-Why + CMM operation experience + Knowledge of ISO 9001 and AS9100 standards **Why Work Here?** We offer great medical, dental, and vision insurance plans along with 10 days of PTO in the first year.
