**Job Title: Quality Technician**
**Job Description**
Performs most quality-related duties with the main concentration being incoming inspection, handling of nonconforming materials, and conducting quality audits.
**Responsibilities**
+ Performs incoming inspections on all required parts and materials
+ Helps maintain the defective material control system
+ Communicates with all production lines to resolve any quality issues
+ Assists in the calibration control system
+ Develops and performs quality audits for all production areas, ensuring all procedures and processes are being followed
+ Performs final inspection duties as required by the workload and ship schedule
+ Performs emissions testing using the Symtech machine
+ Operates the truck dynamometer
**Essential Skills**
+ Proficient in the use of the Faro Arm portable CMM
+ Working knowledge of all measuring and test equipment
+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
+ Proficient with Windows operating systems such as Excel and Word
+ Good organizational skills
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Experience working with forklifts and forklift parts is a plus
+ High school diploma
+ Associate's degree or a 2-year technical degree with an emphasis in quality is a plus

**Work Environment**
Work with advanced technologies including Faro Arm CMM, GD&T testing, Symtech for emissions testing, micrometers, calipers, and gauges. The work environment is climate-controlled, ensuring comfortable working conditions.
