**Job Title: Quality Technician**
**Job Description**
We develop and manufacture the most diverse product line of color matched color concentrates, masterbatches, and pigment dispersions of any colorant company in the world. They produce colored plastic material that is then sent out to other companies to make their product with it. Please note, you may get a little dirty working here.
**Responsibilities**
+ Conduct lab testing of manufactured product batches that are both in process and finished.
+ Review test findings with the Quality Control Manager.
+ Create comparative displays using a lab scale 2-roll mill, extruder, and injection molder.
+ Perform both spectrophotometric and visual color inspections.
+ Make adjustments to batches as needed.
+ Document findings and adjustments into computers.
+ Weigh and mix ingredients and test materials.
**Essential Skills**
+ 3-5 years of Quality Control experience.
+ Proficiency with computers, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
+ Experience with visual inspection, injection molding, moisture testing, and quality checks.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Basic math skills.
+ Self-starter attitude with a willingness to learn.

**Work Environment**
The position is for 2nd shift from 3pm to 11:30pm, Monday to Friday, with a $0.75 shift premium. The work environment is relaxed but may involve getting a little dirty.

This is a position based out of Milton, Wisconsin.
