**Job Description** Making plastic packaging products for the dairy industry, water, and chemicals. Products include gallon jugs (milk, water, etc.) and plastic bottles (laundry detergent, cleaner spray bottles, etc.). Responsibilities: - Pull finished products to test dimensions using calipers and micrometers - Perform cycle counts and/or inventory of finished goods - Communicate quality issues with operators and/or supervisors - Complete laboratory testing and collect samples **Hard Skills** + 1 year+ of quality experience in a manufacturing setting **Selling Points:** Tiers for pay increases Smaller facility and team (40 shop employees) Pay wages were raised when bought out $1 for 2nd $2 for 3rd 6% 401k match 3% annual raises Do a lot of company outings and recognition Give out a lot of company gear **Work Environment** 2nd shift: 3:00pm-11:30pm 3rd shift: Sun-Thurs, 11:00pm-7:30am Candidates will train on 1st shift for 1-2 months before moving to their respective shifts. **About Aerotek:** We know that finding work is hard, and finding meaningful work is harder.
