Job Description
Set up computer and desk, check emails, and other communication channels. Proceed to the production floor to ensure product quality, correct material usage, and adherence to specifications. This involves taking specifications and walking the production line, applying accurate code dates and inspecting seals, ensuring correct cheese types and cuts are used, and verifying the accuracy of code lengths. Use appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) when handling cheese and enforce Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) throughout operations. Conduct observations and report on any issues encountered. Perform pre-operation inspections during the shift and walk through rooms post-sanitation to ensure cleanliness. Provide support to night shift technicians and the sanitation crew. Approximately 60-80% of the shift is spent on the production floor conducting checks, with the remaining time allocated to documenting issues and communicating via emails. Progression levels include Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum, each with increased responsibilities and associated raises.

This is a fully on-site position in Belleville, Wisconsin.
Work Environment
Temperature ranges from 35-65 degrees throughout the plant. Casual attire, close-toed shoes, PPE provided by the company. No jewelry, false nails, or false eyelashes allowed.
