Job DescriptionAssist Complaint Investigation Site (CIS) in receiving and decontaminating product returns. Review product return information and ensure proper documentation within the complaint management system. May assist in the investigation and disposition of NCEP/CAPAs and participate in continuous improvement projects.
ResponsibilitiesReceive product returns in the Global Complaint Management System.Perform decontamination of return product per Work Instructions.Track and order supplies for the laboratory.Dispose of bio-hazardous materials per procedure.Facilitate Work In-Progress (WIP) management.Organize products for storage and dispose of product after the required retention time.Participate in continuous improvement projects.Assist in the investigation and disposition of NCEP/CAPAs.Essential SkillsHigh school degree/equivalent with 3 years experience or an equivalent combination of education/work experience.Lab experience.Knowledgeable in Quality System Regulations, Medical Device Directive, and ISO13485 Quality Standards.Proficient in technical writing skills and communications.Proficient computer skills using Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Outlook, Word, and Excel.Work EnvironmentThe work environment includes a laboratory setting with the use of standard lab equipment. The role may require handling bio-hazardous materials and adherence to safety procedures. The position demands proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Outlook, Word, and Excel.
