Summary: Seeking a Quality Technician to conduct performance quality testing and manage certification and documentation processes.
Job Requirements:
3-5 years of experience as a Quality Technician
1 year of experience as a machinist
Proficiency in physical and mechanical testing (resin characteristics, tensile strength, climbing drum peel, compressive strength, pyrolysis)
Preferred Skills:
Strong communication skills for effective information transfer
Job Responsibilities:
Conduct performance quality testing using various equipment and methods
Complete and approve certificates of conformance for customers
Update quality data, including physical test data, mechanical test data, and inspection data
Complete and send certification documents to customers
Complete and update required quality documentation
Perform quality and process audits
Investigate quality issues, including root cause analysis and NCR closure
Pay Details: $20.00 to $24.00 per hour
