Job Summary:  Are you a recent college graduate or someone passionate about starting a career in the laboratory field? We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Lab Technician to join our dynamic team. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a supportive and collaborative environment. You will be involved in a variety of laboratory tasks, including sample preparation, data collection, and equipment maintenance. Key Responsibilities: + Prepare and process laboratory samples following established protocols. + Conduct routine tests and experiments under the guidance of experienced lab staff. + Accurately record and analyze data, maintaining detailed lab notebooks. + Operate and maintain laboratory equipment, ensuring cleanliness and proper functioning. + Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures to maintain a safe working environment. + Assist in preparing reports and presentations based on experimental results. + Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient workflow and project completion. Qualifications: + Associate’s degree or higher in Biology, Chemistry, or a related field. + Basic understanding of laboratory techniques and equipment. + Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. + Ability to work independently and as part of a team. + Effective communication skills, both written and verbal. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Preferred Qualifications: + Previous laboratory experience, including internships or academic lab work. + Familiarity with laboratory information management systems (LIMS).
