Quality Technician Job Description We are currently seeking a Quality Technician to join our growing team. This role will interface in a collaborative team-based environment with the Operations, Quality, and Engineering Teams. Responsibilities + Perform receiving and inspection of incoming raw materials (25% of the time). + Support other Quality functions like QMS documentation, CAPA support, or validation activities (75% of the time). + Prepare engineering and test samples. + Record test results and compare them to acceptance criteria. + Print and verify finished product labeling. + Review and approve Product Lot Folders. + Support equipment installation and qualification activities. + Assist in the development of internal and supplier-based quality plans. Essential Skills + Experience with QMS, documentation, and receiving inspection. + Proficiency with measurement tools such as micrometers and calipers. + Good documentation skills. + Self-starter mentality and ability to wear multiple hats. + Experience in a Quality Technician role, preferably in the medical device industry. + Support labeling activities. + Understanding of CAPA processes. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Preferred 2-year degree. + 2+ years of experience working in a Quality Technician role. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
