Quality Technician

We are seeking an experienced **Quality Technician** to join our client’s team in Washington County, Rhode Island. This is a full time, permanent opportunity.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Interpret and apply technical drawings, specifications, and wiring schematics.
+ Conduct in-process and final inspections to ensure product compliance with specifications.
+ Perform receipt inspections to verify vendor-supplied materials align with purchase order requirements.
+ Execute hydrostatic pressure testing on cable assemblies and connectors.
+ Use precision measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, tape measures, and desktop electrical test equipment.
+ Conduct electrical testing, including insulation resistance, dielectric withstanding voltage, and continuity checks per wiring schematics.
+ Document test results and maintain accurate test records.
+ Approve conforming products and reject non-conforming products, generating nonconformance reports as needed.
+ Communicate inspection and test data effectively.
**Requirements include but not limited to:**
+ Minimum of 3 years of experience in mechanical inspection or quality functions
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
+ Experience with CMM programming
+ Ability to write reports and read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and procedures.
+ Physically capable of lifting up to 25 lbs.
**Salary Range:**
$60,000–$80,000 (commensurate with experience).
