Job Title: Quality Technician
Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Quality Technician to join our team on the 3rd shift (11pm-7:30am) in a dynamic food manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will perform comprehensive quality checks, ensure strict adherence to quality standards, and contribute to maintaining the high-quality production of our food products.

ResponsibilitiesPerform quality checks on raw materials, in-process products, and finished products.Conduct swabs and document quality inspections.Perform quality audits to ensure compliance with established standards.Handle quality assurance and control procedures following standard operating procedures (SOPs).Inspect and document findings related to quality checks on manufacturing equipment.Essential Skills1-2 years of experience in a quality role within a food manufacturing facility.Proficiency in quality assurance, quality control, and inspection procedures.Experience with performing quality checks on food manufacturing equipment.Knowledge of quality documentation and audit processes.Additional Skills & QualificationsA degree in the sciences is a plus but not required.Work Environment

This role is based in a food manufacturing facility with multiple production lines. Each line produces different products based on daily order demands, creating a bakery environment with large mixers and ovens. Many machines need to be disassembled and hand washed, presenting unique challenges for the sanitation team. The culture is supportive, with owners actively involved in daily operations, ensuring a collaborative and appreciative work environment. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $43680.00 - $49920.00

Standard Company will be provided upon contractor being hired on and going through a company orientation.
