**Quality Technician** $20 - $25 | Seymour, IN **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Technician to perform inspections and tests on products using various measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, and coordinate measuring machines (CMM). The ideal candidate will interpret and analyze data from these tools to ensure products meet stringent quality standards, document and report inspection results, and collaborate with production and engineering teams to address quality issues. **Responsibilities** + Conduct inspections and tests on products using measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, and CMM. + Interpret and analyze data from measurement tools to ensure products meet quality standards. + Document and report inspection results, including any deviations from specifications. + Collaborate with production and engineering teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions. + Maintain and calibrate measurement tools and equipment to ensure accuracy. + Assist in the development and implementation of quality control procedures. + Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and process efficiency. + Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. **Essential Skills** + Proficiency in using measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, and CMM. + Ability to interpret and analyze data from measurement tools. + Proficiency in reading and writing in English due to extensive documentation. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy great starting pay with a 4-day work week.
