**Job Title: Quality Technician** + _1st Shift_ + _Grand Rapids, MI_ + _$18/hour_ **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated Quality Technician to join our team on the 1st shift from 6 AM to 2 PM, Monday through Friday. As a Quality Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of raw materials, subassemblies, and finished goods through thorough inspections and adherence to established procedures. + Follow sampling plans outlined in the applicable procedures. + Perform timely in-process inspections for raw materials, subassemblies, and finished goods. + Conduct single and double-sampling AQL inspections for raw materials, subassemblies, and finished goods. + React to non-conforming products by following written policies and procedures, including proper scope determination and product segregation. + Provide quality support and direction on the production floor through knowledge of the quality policy, experience, and applicable procedures and work instructions. + Communicate quality issues effectively with the team, transition inspection duties between shifts, and maintain the continuity of quality support on the production floor. + Frequently work overtime and weekends as required. **Essential Skills** + Minimum of 6 months experience on a production floor. + Ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. + Experience with picking, packing, warehouse operations, shipping and receiving, material handling, pallet jack operation, loading, unloading, packaging, sit-down forklift operation, forklift operating, cycle counts, warehouse inventory management, RF scanner operation, and order picking. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience as a Shipping/Receiving Clerk, Material Handler, or Inventory Receiver. **Why Work Here?** We offer performance bonuses for each team in the warehouse.
