Our local Indianapolis team is actively looking for a Quality Technician to monitor and improve the quality of our operational processes and outputs. Responsibilities + Follow quality standards and quality control systems. + Consistently identify mistakes across thousands of inspections. + Closely follow quality standards, document data, and report issues. + Perform lab tests and use measurement tools to evaluate product quality. + Monitor and analyze quality performance. + Inspect and test materials, equipment, processes, and products to ensure quality specifications are met. + Collaborate with Quality Leadership and Sr. P artners to maintain controls and improvements. + Investigate and troubleshoot product or production issues. + Work with the Quality Engineer to develop corrective actions, solutions, and improvements. Essential Skills + At least 2 years of experience working within quality. + 1+ years of experience working within a regulated environment (Pharma or Med Device preferred). + Working knowledge of ISO 9001 and/or GMP. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Proficiency in using quality control tools such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges. + Ability to read and interpret blueprints. + Experience with visual inspection, quality checks, and quality testing. + Familiarity with laboratory equipment and procedures. + Excellent troubleshooting skills. + Strong documentation and reporting skills. Work Environment The position requires working the 3rd shift from 10:30 PM to 7:00 AM, Monday through Friday. The work environment includes a regulated lab setting with adherence to strict quality standards and protocols. You will be using various measurement tools and laboratory equipment.
