**Job Title: Quality Technician** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated Quality Technician for our night shift. The Fort Wayne facility primarily supports the bedding industry by producing mattress components and seating components. Additionally, it supports the automotive industry by manufacturing thermal and acoustical nonwovens for noise cancellation used inside door panels, wheel wells, and under the hood of vehicles. As a Quality Technician, you will take sample cuts, check weight, width, length, and complete heat treat tests. You will oversee 12 different lines and conduct hourly runs to ensure quality standards are met. **Responsibilities** + Take sample cuts and check weight, width, and length. + Complete heat treat tests. + Oversee 12 different production lines. + Conduct hourly quality checks to ensure standards are met. **Essential Skills** + 3+ years of quality experience. + Experience with start-up checks. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office. + Strong communication skills. **Why Work Here?** We offer an attendance bonus of $1 and a gain-sharing bonus with quarterly bonuses if the plant meets the budget, which has been achieved for 12 consecutive quarters. The bonus is 5% of the earned wage for that quarter. **Work Environment** This role is for the night shift with a **2-2-3 schedule from 7pm to 7am.** **A shift premium of 5% of the $20 hourly wage is provided** . The facility focuses on supporting the bedding and automotive industries, ensuring a diverse and dynamic work environment. **Job Type & Location** This is a Permanent position based out of **Fort Wayne, Indiana** . **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $41600.00 - $41600.00/yr.
