Summary: Seeking a Quality Technician with expertise in CMM usage and experience in AS9100/ISO facilities for inspecting metal parts.

Job Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED

Experience with Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM)

3-5 years' experience in Quality and Manufacturing

Proficiency in precision measuring tools and inspection techniques

Knowledge of Technical Drawing Interpretation and GD&T

Use of analog gauges

Preferred Skills:

Experience with NDT, specifically Magnetic Particle Inspection

Job Responsibilities:

Inspect machined components using manufacturing inspection tools such as CMM, Micrometer, Height Gauges, Caliper, Bore Gauge

Verify calibration of inspection equipment

Inspect final components to ensure they meet customer drawings, specifications, and procedures

Perform incoming inspection of raw materials and components

Support Quality Assurance activities including internal and external audits

Pay Details: $28.00 to $35.00 per hour
