ResponsibilitiesModel high standards of conduct and leadershipReview operations' build processes and provide constructive feedback as necessaryIdentify overall individual technical performance and make recommendations for improvementEffectively communicate information regarding product, quality, and safety topicsEstablish and maintain effective working relationships with various departments including Team Supervisors, Assemblers, Manufacturing Engineers, Engineering and QualityEnsure the product is made to the highest standards and take appropriate action, if neededEnsure that employees are using the correct tools, parts, and information they need to be fully productiveControl of non-conforming materialsAssist with Parts Quality Report (PQR), gauge instructions, capability data and gauge R&R studiesAdhere to all company policies, guidelines, and practicesWork other shifts, as needed, and opportunities for field supportEssential SkillsWilling and able to work all shifts, as neededStrong communication and relationship building skillsAbility to run reports, effectively present information and respond to questionsAbility to learn internal systems and proceduresProficient use of MS Outlook, Word, and ExcelExposure to Quality Systems (AS9100, ISO9001) preferredAbility to learn how to read engineering drawings, BOMs, and TravelersAdditional Skills & QualificationsKnowledge of standard wiring practices, IPC training or electrical certification preferredMust be willing and able to wear mandatory personal protective equipment such as masks, safety glasses, and hearing protectionJob Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of CANONSBURG, Pennsylvania.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $45000.00 - $50000.00/yr.

Once hired on by UEC, our contractors will have their health benefits which are exceptional (about $40/Pay premium for full coverage). Also, they offer bonuses. There is a $1,000 Christmas bonus and a 13% profit sharing bonus. Additionally once hired on, they get a $1 raise automatically.
