**Job Title: Quality Technician** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Quality Technician to join our team. As a QA Inspector, you will be responsible for checking blueprints, verifying documents, and double-checking procedures to streamline manufacturing processes. You will inspect pipes, valves, fittings, couplings, and other components to ensure they meet specifications. The facility includes assembly/fabrication areas as well as warehouse distribution. Our team currently consists of about 12 shop employees with various skill sets, including CNC machinists, QC technicians, manufacturing trainers, assemblers, and machine operators. The dress code includes steel-toe shoes, jeans, work shirts, safety glasses, and high-visibility vests. The work schedule is 1st shift, 7:00am - 3:30pm, Monday to Friday, with potential overtime and weekend work depending on production needs. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Odessa, Texas. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $26.00/hr.
