**Job Title: Quality Technician**
**Job Description**
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Quality Technician to join our team. As a QA Inspector, you will be responsible for checking blueprints, verifying documents, and double-checking procedures to streamline manufacturing processes. You will inspect pipes, valves, fittings, couplings, and other components to ensure they meet specifications. Additionally, you will coordinate with managers to document and maintain standards, while also performing administrative tasks for documentation using both written and computer logging systems.
**Responsibilities**

+ Streamline manufacturing processes by double-checking procedures.
**Essential Skills**
+ 5+ years of Quality Assurance (QA) experience.
+ Proficiency in dimensional inspection and blueprint reading.
+ Experience in manufacturing and fabrication, specifically with pipes.
+ Strong documentation skills and experience with computer ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Mendix).
+ Knowledge of quality assurance testing and data entry.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
+ Familiarity with measuring equipment such as calipers and micrometers.
+ Understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
+ Willingness to relocate to Dallas in the future with provided relocation packages.

**Work Environment**
You will work in a clean manufacturing environment that is not climate-controlled but equipped with large fans. The facility includes assembly/fabrication areas as well as warehouse distribution. Our team currently consists of about 12 shop employees with various skill sets, including CNC machinists, QC technicians, manufacturing trainers, assemblers, and machine operators. The dress code includes steel-toe shoes, jeans, work shirts, safety glasses, and high-visibility vests. The work schedule is 1st shift, 7:00am - 3:30pm, Monday to Friday, with potential overtime and weekend work depending on production needs.
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Odessa, Texas.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $26.00/hr.
