Warehouse/Internal Logistics Supervisor

Your role and responsibilities

Job Summary The position is responsible for inspecting and testing product in compliance with ECDC quality standards. This includes researching quality errors and documenting in report form.Major Responsibilities/Activities: •\tResearch errors and write up error report •\tIdentify root causes and implement corrective action•\tPerform stock checks as required•\tWork with facility departments daily to solve issues with mislabeled or mixed product•\tPerform Inventory audits and maintain accurate inventory via RF unit•\tEnsure reports are produced according to schedule and shared with all appropriate functional areas•\tPerform other duties/projects as required

Qualifications for the role

Basic Qualifications (Include education, experience, special skills and licenses or certifications required):\t High School diploma or equivalent\tMinimum 2-year experience in a distribution environment, preferably in continuous improvement, quality, or inventory control\tAnalytical and research skills\tKnowledge of Microsoft Office programs Excel and Word\tKnowledge of TOPS and MARC systems. BMH and KBM system knowledge a plus\tAbility to safely operate powered equipment such as order picker, reach truck, forklift, and pallet jack\tAbility to lift up to 40 pounds frequently\tEffective written and verbal communication skills\tMust be able to handle multiple tasks and priorities and easily adapt to changing situations.\tDetailed and team oriented.\tFlexible to work different shift if necessary and overtime with little or no notice.WORKING CONDITIONS\tAbility to work a flexible, full-time schedule to include days, evenings, weekends, and holidays\tAbility to stand or sit for long periods of time\tExposure to distribution center conditions, which may include loud noises, variable temperatures, and dusty environment.
