**Quality Technician – Ashland, PA**
**1st Shift | $26-$29/hr.**

Are you looking for a fulfilling role in quality control within a stable, safety-conscious company? We're hiring a Quality Technician to support military and nuclear contracts. In this position, you'll focus on product testing, inspections, and non-destructive testing, ensuring the integrity of advanced products at all stages of the process.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Perform non-destructive testing (VT, PT, MT) and dimensional inspections on components.
+ Create and maintain weld maps and documentation.
+ Participate in casting certification processes and manage NCR dispositions.
+ Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
+ Support internal ISO initiatives and contribute to process improvements.
+ Maintain an organized workstation, ensuring efficient operations and compliance with policies.
+ Collaborate with team members to meet production and quality goals.
**What You'll Bring:**
+ 3–5 years of experience in foundry or manufacturing (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
+ Existing or previous certification in NDT (VT, PT, MT) preferred.
+ Ability to read and understand engineering drawings, including GD&T.
+ Experience using metrology equipment and performing quality control analysis.
+ Strong communication skills to collaborate with team members and leadership.
+ A commitment to safety and quality, with a proactive approach to process improvement.
+ High School education or equivalent.
