Quality Technician

Conducts inspections of materials, components, and sub-assemblies, including first article inspections, in-process, and finished product testing within the medical device industry.

Responsibilities: Perform inspections of materials, components, and sub-assemblies Conduct first article inspections Execute in-process and finished product inspection and testing for sterile, non-sterile, disposable, and durable products Utilize measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, pin gauges, and tensile testers Maintain accurate documentation and data entry in Excel Communicate with the Director of Quality in a high-visibility role within a small team Requirements: U.S. Citizen 5-10 years of experience in quality inspection Experience in the medical device industry Familiarity with microbiology, sterility, and bioburden concepts Proficiency in Excel Hands-on experience with precision measuring tools Long-term employment commitment preferred

Pay Details: $22.00 to $30.00 per hour
