The anticipated wage for this position is $28 hourly. Hourly wage may depend upon experience, education, geographic location, and other factors. **Job summary:** Support the Complaint Investigation Site (CIS) by managing product returns, including receipt, decontamination, and documentation within the complaint management system. Assist in investigation and disposition of Non-Conformance Event Process (NCEP)/Corrective and Preventative Actions (CAPAs) and contribute to continuous improvement projects. **Key Responsibilities:** + Process returned products in the Global Complaint Management System. + Decontaminate returned products following established Work Instructions. + Track and order lab supplies as needed. + Dispose of bio-hazardous materials according to procedures. + Manage Work In-Progress (WIP) for efficient workflow. + Organize products for storage and manage disposal post-required retention period. + Participate in continuous improvement initiatives. + Support investigations and resolutions for NCEPs and CAPAs. **Qualifications:** + High school diploma/equivalent with 3 years of experience, or a suitable combination of education and experience. + Lab experience, particularly with handling chemicals and decontamination processes. + Familiarity with Quality System Regulations, Medical Device Directives, and ISO 13485 Quality Standards. + Strong technical writing and communication skills. + Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel. **Preferred Qualifications:** + Effective organizational, listening, and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to follow instructions and procedures. + Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently. + Team-oriented, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of staff. **Additional Details:** + **Location:** Onsite, Arden Hills. + **Duration: 1 year temp to perm** + **Schedule:** Part-time, 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday mornings (Central Time), with the possibility for increased hours as needed. + **Interview Process:** Teams Video Interview. + **Role Requirements:** Experience handling explanted product returns, comfort with chemical handling, and a team-oriented approach. **Pay Details:** $26.00 to $28.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
