Job Description

We are seeking a Quality Technician to join our team specializing in plastic packaging products for the dairy industry, water, and chemicals. The role involves ensuring product quality by conducting various tests and inspections in both a laboratory and a manufacturing floor setting.

Work Environment

The work environment includes multiple shifts: 1st shift (7:00am-3:30pm), 2nd shift (3:00pm-11:30pm), and 3rd shift (Sunday-Thursday, 11:00pm-7:30am). Candidates will train on the 1st shift for 1-2 months before moving to their respective shifts. The facility operates under GMP standards, requiring no jewelry, no fake nails, hair nets, and beard nets. The facility is clean and large, though it can get hot in the summer. The dress code includes steel-toe shoes, no shorts, and no sleeveless shirts. The position may require overtime, including the possibility of mandatory Saturday shifts once a month, with typical work weeks ranging from 40-50 hours.

Based out of Janesville, Wisconsin. Pay dependent upon experience, with a base pay of $20-23/hr
