Responsibilities:
As a Quality Control Technician, you will be responsible for performing inspections and tests on products throughout the assembly process. This includes ensuring that all items meet quality standards, identifying defects, performing touch-up paint as needed, and verifying that products meet order specifications. Quality Control Technicians check each product from beginning to end and continuously monitor for accuracy and quality. This role involves frequent walking around the assembly area to confirm that all requirements are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct product inspections and tests during the assembly process
- Verify configurations and orders, ensuring they match client specifications
- Report and document defects, reworking items as necessary
- Ensure all items meet established quality standards
- Perform touch-up paint and other minor corrections as needed
- Maintain accurate documentation of inspection results
