Develops procedures and processes. Performs tests or inspections and collects data. Documents, analyzes and communicates results and assists with corrective action recommendations. Provides feedback on adverse trends. Responsible for non-destructive testing and acceptance of repairs to company products. Conducts certification preparation training. **REQUIRED SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:** 2+ years Non-destructive inspections Position is 80% Quality Assurance Critical and Analytical skills. Any type of maintenance experiment is okay Active Secret Clearance Required Up to 25% of travel- international and domestic **Preferred Skills/Qualifications:** Aviation/Aircraft Maintenance **Education/Experience:** Typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Associate) and typically 3 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Bachelor+1 years' related work experience, 5 years' related work experience, etc.).
