Quality Testing Supervisor

We are looking for a Quality Testing Supervisor to join our manufacturing team in Grand Prairie, TX, leading a team of 20+ across multiple shifts to ensure seamless testing, compliance, and continuous improvement.

You’ll make an impact by:

Lead and develop a diverse team in three shifts while ensuring safety, productivity, and ISO compliance. Lead all aspects of testing schedules, coordinate overtime/weekend support, and resolve scheduling conflicts. Supervise customer witness tests and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders. Ensure testing equipment readiness, conduct daily team meetings, and verify test supplies. Identify and resolve quality issues with supplier components in collaboration with quality engineers. Investigate quality issues to drive corrective actions. Stay ahead of engineering changes and new product releases to maintain product quality.

You’ll win us over by having the following qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:

Proven experience in quality control, preferably in electrical manufacturing.Associates degree (Electrical engineering or similar engineering). Strong knowledge of industry standards and safety regulations. Proficiency with inspection tools (calipers, multimeters, Megger, Hipot testers, etc.). Leadership experience with strong supervisory skills. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve quality issues effectively. Excellent attention to detail, analytical skills, and documentation abilities. Experience with ERP software (SAP preferred) and Microsoft Office (Excel & PowerPoint). Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering (BE Electrical). Knowledge of UL891, UL1558, UL67 and ISO9001, 45001, 14001. NFPA 70E Certification. Union experience.

The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications and premium geographic location.
