Reporting to the Quality Training Manager the role is responsible for Quality Training activities and at times the Quality Systems/Compliance activities in the Technical Department. The internship will run for a period of 6-9 months **What your responsibilities will be:** + Management of Documentation Compliance Manager (DCM) system. + Provide Reports to site in relation to Quality Management System (QMS) Documentation System as required. + Management of Documentation Archive for QMS documentation. + Communicate with cross functional departments. + Support of the site CAPA and Change Control process in GWWO as required. + Compilation of site metrics to support Quality Training functions + Provide administration support. + Supports Annual Training Agenda. + Contribution to the continuous improvement in Quality Department. + Supports Induction, Ongoing and annual refresher training. + Update of area specific GMP documentation (including SOP, Records, etc.). + Will be given the trust to lead a project in the department. + Supports activities in the Learning Management System. + Other duties as required by the Quality Manager. **What you will bring:** + Leaving Certificate or Equivalent + Excellent communication and teamwork + Ability to work proactively on own initiative + Good organizational skills and attention to detail + Leaving certificate or equivalent + Confident to deliver in person training + Problem solving skills + Confident to deliver in person training **Our Benefits Includes:** + Paid salary + Private Medical Insurance + Ongoing opportunities for career development in a rapidly expanding work environment + Wellness activities - Social activities eg.
