Essential Job Duties

Conduct estimate, photo and documentation reviews using streamlined review process developed by CaliberIdentify areas for GP% improvement and add to estimate as neededAdd relevant, supporting documentation to the work fileCommunicate findings to service advisors for estimate accuracy purposesReport and track findings for managementComply with all Caliber safety rules, policy guidelines and company standardsOther duties as assigned

Skills/Requirements

High school diploma or GEDBasis concepts of vehicle repair.1-2 years related experience a plus.Minimal knowledge of CCC estimating preferred.Good verbal & written communication skillsMust be at least 18 years of ageMulti-tasking; adapts easily to fast-paced environmentPersonable, friendly demeanor with “World Class” customer service approach to internal customersMust be able to sit for long periods of time
