Quality Warehouse Lead

Position Responsibilities:
+ The Quality Warehouse Lead performs the essential functions of a warehouse employee in addition to assisting the Shift Supervisor in the areas of training, safety, reporting, and conducting of the daily shift meeting
+ Review calibration & verification records/documents for compliance
+ Carry out QA inspection functions as assigned by the QA manager
+ Follow GDP guidelines and adhere to SOPs, company, regulatory and 3rd party audit requirements
+ Communicate QA issues to employees and managers in a tactful manner
+ You will manage inventory by receiving inbound products, replenishing stock, restocking, repacking, and ensuring date code accuracy and proper product rotation
+ You will serve as a role model and peer coach for new hires, facilitate their training, and uphold cleanliness and safety standards in the warehouse
+ Other projects or duties as assigned
Required Education and Experience:
+ 0 to 1 plus years of general work experience
+ Minimum of 18 years of age
+ Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, and occasionally lift and or move up to 100 pounds
Preferred Education and Experience:
+ High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
